As a primary product line Aluma Kor is available in 4mm and 6 MM PE core and 4 mm and 6 mm Fire Rated core. As a compliment to these product we offer various attachement systems and matching aluminum flat sheets to trim out your project in compatible, matching material.


Aluma Kor is coil coated in a continuous process with a Polyvinylidene fluoride (PFdF) coating containing a minimum of 70% KYNAR 500®/ HYLAR 5000® resins which meets or exceeds AAMA 2605 and AAMA 620 performance requirements.

Aluma Kor finishes are applied in a reverse roller application process and are available in either a 2 or 3 coat finish. The 2 coat finish omits the clear coat required on a 3 coat finish. Both finishes will provide the same excellent performance required for architectural applications.


Complimenting the ACM line of products is the extensive Rollfab line of single skin metal products which includes metal wall and roof panels, soffits and matching accessories. You now have a single source for the full suite of metal exterior product for your project

What are the standard sheet sizes available for your product?

Almuna KOr sheets are available in 50”, and 62” widths. Please check with your Aluma Kor representative for color availability. Sheets can be cut to a custom length.

What core materials are available?

Both a standard polyethylene (PE) and fire resistant (FR) core material are available. Both are available in 4mm and 6 mm thicknesses.

Where has the testing been done on your material?

All of the testing on our material has been done at fully accredited North American based test facilities. The test report information is available for review upon request. Additional international testing has been done by the world renowned SGS International, known throughout the world as a recognized industry leader.

What is the average lead time for your material?

Average lead time is 6-8 weeks.

What minimum quantities are required for ordering?

Stocked material has no minimum quantities. Pricing will be based off of a minimum quantity of 5,000sf. If orders do not meet minimum quantities, pricing needs to be confirmed with your Aluma-Kor representative.

Are custom colors available?

Aluma-Kor is able to match and produce any custom color for your project.

How long does it take to match a custom color?

It takes approximately 1 – 2 weeks for the matching process. Then, it is typically 6 -­ 8 weeks from color approval until we can ship finished material.

What is the weight of a typical panel?

The Aluma Kor sheet weighs only 1.12 pounds per square foot for the standard PE core and 1.5 pounds per square foot for FR core material.
